After the initial contact and learning about your desires VoyageActually drafts together an itinerary including pricing. It is submitted to you for feedbacks and approval. Once approved VoyageActually proceeds to making essential reservations such as accommodation and ground transportation and soon after advise you on visits, guided tours, meals etc… We keep you inform throughout the process, incorporating your suggestions and making suggestions.
What can you book and organize?
Accommodation (hotels, rentals), restaurants, ground transportation, guided tours, site and museum visits, special activities such as cooking classes or wine tastings
How long does it take to customize a trip/itinerary?
It varies greatly depending on the length of the trip, the number of activities, destinations and reservations required. It can take as little as a few hours to share with you a draft itinerary with pricing estimation, up to a day or two for a more detailed proposal. Depending of the time of the year reservations confirmations can take a little longer.

VoyageActually specializes in small groups and one to one interaction with customers throughout the customization process but we also work with larger groups.
